Pulse App
A user-friendly smartphone app for a vocal analysis to assess mental health.
With advancements in technology and the increasing importance of mental health awareness, Sonde Health's voice-based app offers a non-invasive, cost-effective, and privacy-preserving solution for real-time mental health tracking. Leveraging proprietary technology developed by experts from leading academic institutions, the platform analyzes subtle changes in the user's voice to reveal important health insights.
It tracks changes in mental fitness by measuring changes in vocal features, like a thermometer measures changes in body temperature. As people engage with the app and get accustomed to tracking their mental state, they can be more aware of signals of health changes and take steps to improve their well-being.
Sonde automatically converts your voice into a private, digital text journal you can review at any time.

The Problem
I then explored following questions:
1) How will people book the meal daily/ weekly, conference room, find other employees contact information, broadcasting messages?
What are people trying to accomplish?
How can the app's user interface and experience be tailored to meet the diverse needs and preferences of employees across different roles and departments?
2) How might we enhance the current experience and streamline these processes?
How can we consolidate these tasks into a centralized and user-friendly platform?
How can we improve the efficiency and convenience?
How can we bring new value to employees by introducing features or capabilities they may not have realized they needed?
Solution
A user-friendly Pulse app that makes it more accessible to all the GSLAB employees. Bring all tasks together in the app, making tasks quicker with smart fill-ins and one-tap actions. Introduce new ways to interact, like voice commands. Keep making it better by listening to employee feedback and looking at usage data to add helpful new features. Follow design best practices.
Approach
In a first step wireframes were created to test and agree on general directions and to clarify content blocks and fix the structure of the website.
After evaluating design concepts, I selected ideas aligning with booking meal at GSLAB. Through iterative low-fidelity prototypes and Project Manager feedback, I refined user flows for key features. Ultimately, I produced high-fidelity mockups showcasing the end-to-end journey, including an other designs like helpdesk, broadcasting message, conference room booking, notifications, and incident reporting.
